Issue with sending emails from SNMP Card

Issue: Customer sets the UPS up with SNMP, but he can not send an email with notifications, even “test email” is failing.

Most likely root cause: Customer set a static IP with wrong DNS Server and SNMP Card could not communicate with external mail server

Solution: Either set IP to DHCP (automatic) or set exactly all settings with static IP, including correct DNS server IP.
