Please see the product page and check fan logic. Note under which conditions the fan turns on and check if those conditions did not appear. The most common reason is activating an AVR Mode.More about AVR Mode:

A UPS in the AVR mode will show different input and output voltage. This mode will require fan to work at full speed.
